我愛的司康終於重現江湖了!!!
只是怎麼這次的司康長得有點黑?還冒了不少痘痘呢?仔細一瞧,才發現它是新口味
「伯爵紅茶司康點心」。最愛星巴克的司康,這次有新口味,怎麼能不試一下呢?
伯爵紅茶的特色在於佛手柑的香氣。剛從夥伴手上接過烤得熱呼呼的司康時,就被這
香味給折服,它讓我想起TWININGS的皇家伯爵,濃郁卻不嗆鼻。
這款司康是將伯爵紅茶茶葉拌入麵糰中烘烤,本體的色澤顯得較深,從外表可以看出
它添加了巧克力豆以及柳橙皮,一口咬下時,先是鼻尖嗅到佛手柑的香,舌間蔓延淡
淡的茶氣,濃厚的巧克力突然跳了出來,尾韻則是柑橘調,豐富的層次在嘴裡散開。
我在三天內吃了兩次伯爵紅茶司康,第一次吃的時候有上述的驚豔感,第二次則有些
小失望。或許是加熱的時間或程度有差,第二次的司康口感少了外酥內鬆,巧克力的
味道也沒融進裡頭。
吃過伯爵紅茶司康後,讓我更加想念葡萄乾司康以及蔓越莓司康了。欸~親愛的星巴
克,什麼時候才願意讓它們再上架呢?
