這篇應該算是抱怨文
我是星巴克的愛好者,也跟星巴克很多伙伴變成了好友。
但是總覺得星巴克伙伴部分門市有些訓練不足。
還是是我個人要求太高了。
消費的時候因為愛地球,所以習慣帶個人杯出門,
點好飲料拿回個人杯的時候,個人杯充滿水痕,
還有飲料流出來的焦糖等....
所以我都會請伙伴把杯子擦乾淨在拿給我。
這要求會很過分嗎?
把一個乾淨的杯子拿給顧客是很難的行為嗎?
在沒有其他顧客的時候,請夥伴幫我對切一下軟法他們也做不到,
我並非在大排長龍的時候做這種事情,軟法硬硬比較好切
微波過後的軟法就很難切了。
新光三越新天地的門市永遠做不到這一點,讓我很生氣。
也打過兩次0800客訴他們。
客訴伙伴都是覺得很不忍心,但是又忍無可忍。
最蠢的應該是我自已了,每次告訴自已不要去消費了,
每次都還是去受氣,誰叫他離我家最近。
想請問版友們,是我太挑剔了嗎? 我只是想要拿回一個乾淨的杯子阿...
