17號那天從韓國要回台灣,在仁川機場時買了一杯豆漿抹茶latte
跟a服務員說ice.venti(也指給他看.)
後來出了一杯[熱的Grande]豆漿抹茶latte.
外子問我說是我的嗎?我說不是...我點的是冰的.
我告訴另一b服務員說我的是冰的venti,
他看我的單子後一直執意說是我的沒錯,就一直對我說韓文,
我哪聽的懂.> <",後來幫我點餐的人出現了,
他驚訝的ㄚ了一聲,跟b服務員開始說話,b服務員臉色就開始沉重
但我聽到了ice跟miyaneyo(韓文對不起...),
之後b服務員把熱的那杯拿給製作飲料的服務員,
說了些話後,便請我到外面稍等,我看到了內場人員鏟冰塊...
拼命的加冰塊再用力搖.搖完後又再加冰塊...
最後我拿到了3/4杯冰塊的豆漿抹茶latte venti杯.
而飲料只有7分滿(加泡沫8分)..
當時離登機時間只剩下15分鐘.而且還搭機場捷運.
沒時間跟他盧(重點是英文跟韓文都不好.好慘)
只是當時我好難過..有種不被尊重跟被騙的感覺
花了6000W買一杯冰塊latte....
當時我只有想.回台灣一定要喝星巴克喝到吐~~~~~
真的!!還是我們台灣的星巴克比較溫暖~~~
服務好又親切~~哇愛台灣~~哇愛台灣星巴克~~
